Before God gives us what’s next… He prepares us to carry what’s next.
📖 Joshua 1:9
Too often we celebrate the promise without appreciating the preparation.
But throughout Scripture, God always prepares His people before He positions them.
This Sunday we were reminded to:
👣 Get your footing right.
🛡️Cover yourself.
🙌 Never forget that the Eternal One remains with you wherever you go.
The same God who prepared Joshua is preparing us.
Whatever season you’re walking into, you don’t have to walk into it alone.
“The God who prepared you is the same God who promised to remain with you.”

We spend so much time asking God for the blessing…
But what if the greater challenge isn’t receiving it—it’s remembering where it came from?
Prosperity is a blessing, but it can also become a test if we’re not careful.
When we forget the Source, we start trusting ourselves more than the One who has carried us all along.
“But remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability…” — Deuteronomy 8:18

A few reminders that will stay with us:
✨ God doesn’t just bless us—He entrusts us.
🏺 The treasure is carried in ordinary vessels.
🔥 The fire wasn’t meant to destroy you; it was preparing you to carry what God placed inside of you.
💪🏾 We are not a surviving people—we are an overcoming people.
One statement that continues to echo:
“The greatest compliment God can give you is to trust you.”
Lord, thank You for trusting us to carry Your presence and reveal Your love to the world.

📝Sometimes God doesn’t answer every question immediately…
Instead, He reminds us who He is.
Today’s message challenged us to stop focusing on the uncertainty around us and start remembering the faithfulness behind us.
Three reminders to carry into this week:
✨Remember His Name.
✨Remember what He’s already done.
✨Trust what He’s declared.
No matter what’s standing outside your door, His Name is greater.
